Running: As a runner you face many challenges. Along your path of improvement there are naturally going to be peaks and valleys. It is my job as your coach to keep you always moving in the right direction. I’ll keep you improving your fitness level while avoiding injuries and stagnation. The worries over whether you’re doing the right thing at the right time will be gone. Just do your workouts and you will improve and BE better!                 

     Cost: $50 initial consultation, $50 per month


Triathlon: The triathlon training program is similar to the running program. The main difference is the triathlon program is more complex and involved. You’ll be doing three disciplines instead of just one. Swimming, biking, and running workouts will be assigned in such away as to highlight your strengths to make you fitter and faster! 

     Cost $50 initial consultation, $100 per month


Cycling: As a cyclist you need to have a program that is fitted just for your unique style and goals. Just like running and triathlon your initial level of fitness will need to be assessed and then your goals determined. With these variables known you’ll be progressed towards your goals.
